Town Reversion
On September 14, City Council and the Board of Supervisors adopted a voluntary agreement which the state will use as a guideline in the city's effort to revert to town status. The agreement was nearly three years in the making. As of mid-November, the city had not yet taken any action on reversion. Click the headline to view the information.
